Cogeneration plant service and maintenance guarantee maximum energy performance and profit
Igor, an Italian gourmet company, known throughout the world for its production of the famous Gorgonzola D.O.P. cheese, chose Intergen as its strategic partner to implement its energy saving and sustainability policy be installing a 2MWe cogeneration plant.
The IML Group energy division will supply seven black-start emergency power units, which will be installed in strategic points along the main gas pipeline in Turkey. This will guarantee seamless operation of the entire infrastructure.

Cartiera Ponte d’Oro Ansalcarta has chosen the IML Group energy division for the manufacture of a 2 MW cogeneration plant
An extremely interesting example of that described in this article, is represented by the plant manufactured by Intergen, the cogeneration dept. of the IML Impianti Group, at the Principe di San Daniele del Friuli ham production factory (UD).
The Calderara di Reno plant (Bologna) uses the simultaneous production of gas, hot water, cold water and electricity based on an MWM 1560 kWe endothermic engine to guarantee maximum efficiency and flexibiilty along with environmental sustainability.
Since 1987, Intergen is the exclusive distributor of MWM engines for Italy, the German brand founded in 1871 and one of the global leaders in the production of static engines for industrial use, fueled by natural gas and biogas. Intergen is therefore able to provide a full premium range of engines and cogenerators from 400 to 4,300 kWe.
The MWM engine of 1200 kWe produces electricity, steam, hot water and chilled water used in production processes.
